Bacteriostatic Water for Injection is sterile water that contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. It comes in multi-dose vials and is specifically made for reconstituting (mixing) peptides, HGH, and other research compounds that will be used more than once.
The benzyl alcohol stops bacteria and fungi from growing and multiplying inside the vial. This keeps the solution sterile and safe for repeated needle punctures — unlike plain sterile water, which must be used immediately after opening.
Allows multiple doses from one vial (very convenient and cost-effective)
• Keeps reconstituted peptides stable and usable for up to 28 days when refrigerated
• Reduces contamination risk compared to single-use sterile water
• The standard, trusted choice for almost all research peptides .
Extremely rare and mild when used properly for adult peptide reconstitution.
• Possible slight stinging or redness at the injection site (uncommon)
• Very rare sensitivity to benzyl alcohol (mostly seen in newborns or large-volume IV use — not relevant for peptide dosing).

• “Bacteriostatic” means it prevents bacteria from multiplying — it doesn’t actively kill them like an antibiotic.
• The 0.9% benzyl alcohol concentration is the exact “sweet spot” proven safe and effective for multi-dose use.
• It’s the #1 recommended water worldwide for peptide research and has been the gold standard for decades.
